Payment & Funding Options

Clay House ABA is committed to making behavioral support accessible to families and community programs through a variety of funding options.

Private Pay
Services are currently available on a private-pay basis. Private-pay services allow families and organizations to access consultation, caregiver support, training, and other available services without billing through health insurance.

Grant-Assisted Services
Some Clay House ABA services may be supported through grant funding obtained by partnering schools, daycares, nonprofit organizations, or community programs. Availability of grant-assisted services depends on the specific program, funding source, and eligibility requirements.

Medicaid – Coming Soon
Clay House ABA is working toward becoming an enrolled Virginia Medicaid provider. Once enrollment and any applicable credentialing requirements are completed, eligible Medicaid-covered services may be available to qualifying individuals.

Medicaid services are not currently available for billing. Coverage will depend on eligibility, service authorization, payer requirements, and the specific services approved for reimbursement.
